On April 18, 2019 Andrew Mosher became the 125th scout to reach Eagle in troop 185!

Serpent Mound Visit

A little while ago Troop 185 camped at Deer Creek and visited the Serpent Mound. We also hiked at Fort Hill Earthworks and enjoyed the nice weather. Fun fact: Serpent Mound is home to a mysterious magnetic anomaly!

March 26, 2019 Davis Raabe joined the ranks of Eagle and became the 124th Eagle Scout of Troop 185!

Klondike and Iron Chef

After some January fun at the Klondike Derby, the whole troop participated in the Iron Chef Campout at Falling Rock February 8-10. We enjoyed visiting flint ridge and learning how to knap flint and make necklaces using pump drills.

Veterans' Memorial Visit

Last December Troop 185 visited the brand new Veterans' Memorial Museum

November 10-11, 2019- Shooting Campout

After welcoming Webelos and taking them through some skill stations on Saturday afternoon, the troop got to get some shooting in on a chilly Sunday Morning!
